i roasted my first chicken last night.
wasn't terrible, but needs more work.
i ended up making avocado & chicken wraps.
tortillas + shredded roasted chicken + chopped white onion + avocado slices i was pleased, but husband wasn't a fan.
will try again soon.
any tips for roasting chicken or recipes to use it with?!
